This tutorial will show you how to export a PowerPoint presentation as a video with narration. We'll be starting with a PowerPoint presentation that's already complete. Under the Slide Show tab, click on the drop-down option next to the words Record Slide Show. You'll select Record from Beginning. The PowerPoint window will change. The presentation now appears in the middle surrounded by options. On the top left, you'll see a record button. The stop and replay buttons next to it are grayed out since nothing's been recorded yet. On the top right, there's a settings option. Click on it to and you'll see the microphone listed. If you have options for different microphones, this is where you'll select which one to use to record narration. I'll be using the Logitech USB headset. On the bottom right of the screen, there are three more icons. We're concerned with the microphone icon. The microphone here is turned on. To turn it off, click on the microphones and you'll see the icon now has a line across it. Click on it again, to turn it back on. Now we'll start a recording.
